Korea Vietnam Business Association (KOVIA) aims to promote international business opportunities between Vietnam and Korea, to enter the business world, and to enter the global market based on domestic business consulting and economic, cultural and educational relations.

 KOVIA is held annually and sponsors business meetings, networking mixers, advanced technical support, export trading and business coordination.

 As a preliminary step to becoming a full member, It can optionally conduct association activities

 The association operates at a monthly membership fee paid by active members.

 The Executive Director of each country shall be elected in that State and the Executive Director shall run the Secretariat in that State.
